DCUSA participants recognize that you
are entrusting the "heart" of your business to their
care; each participant:
- Must be a member of local destination marketing organization
- Must have a designated, knowledgeable group tour contact
and alternate contact
- Must commit to returning group tour professionals' phone
calls within 24-hours
- Must ensure staff is trained in servicing group tours
- Must provide full and friendly service during the duration
of the tour's visit
- Must be willing to assist with special needs
- Must agree to provide Net rates to professional tour operators
- Must agree to a complimentary policy of no less than one
comp per 20 tour participants
- Must greet upon arrival, each tour contracted through DestinationCarolinasUSA contact
- Must offer adequate, preferably paved parking for motorcoaches
